Resolve is backed up by a rich and diverse users' community. Resolve actively encourages user interaction because it provides for an exchange of ideas and experiences which enriches our products.
Every year, Resolve hosts a Users' Conference, where in a more formal environment users can get together and hear presentations given by their peers. Resolve further provides information about its experiences during the year and strategy for the future. Technical presentations detailing new features and future product directions are scheduled. Finally, product training sessions and workshops show users how to get more from their Resolve implementation. Launching in Q1 2010, the revamped Resolve User Group Forum “The Beehive” is a gathering of Resolve users to share, exchange, and learn. It is intended to provide a consistent forum in which Resolve users can share best practices, ideas, and business challenges, exchange experiences, and learn from peers.
