Resolve is a highly flexible, powerful software system able to provide major benefits in terms of data capture, process control, data analysis and reporting. However, to get the best out of Resolve requires a deep understanding of the product. This only comes with time and in our experience the best approach is for much of the technical work to be undertaken by our staff.

Having established a successful, productive information management solution, Resolve ensures its customers continue to reap the benefits of the solution well into the future.

Resolve products are supplied with a 90 days' warranty period, which begins directly after acceptance. The Annual License Fee isn't due until the end of the warranty period and annually thereafter.

Resolve's support system is based around its infrastructure located in its Melbourne office. The support infrastructure routinely provides managed support based on Service Level Agreements, which are linked to our Help Desk and escalation procedures to ensure customer's service levels are achieved and maintained.
